NOTE:  Once you select this option and pay, the show that you will be sponsoring will be the show aired 2 weeks later.  This allows us to properly notify the show host.   
 
Exception:  4th Fridays must be paid within the first 3 weeks of the live show to be guaranteed the 4th Friday of the month you pay.
